Safety Management Certificate (SMC)

Safety Management Certificate (SMC) was developed to help the small and medium contractors to plan for safety and manage their construction operations in a simple and systematic manner. The SMC enables firms to have a clear assignment of responsibilities for their project staff and workers.
 
NOTE: All SMC certificates will no longer be valid after 31 August 2018. BCA will discontinue the SMC scheme and replace it with WSHC’s bizSAFE Level 3 certification to be recognised for following CRS workheads with immediate effect:

Non-SMEs that send their Singaporean/PR employees for this course can claim 50% of the course fee (before GST) and absentee payroll back from WDA. However, full payment must first be made to the training provider prior to your online claim.

bizSAFE Level 3
Engage a Workplace Safety & Health Auditing Organisation (WSHAO) like CCIS Singapore Pte Ltd to conduct a ½ day WSH RM Audit at one of your selected worksites upon preparing and implementing the documents required for the audit. Alternatively, you may engage CCIS Singapore Pte Ltd to prepare the necessary documents and we can appoint a WSHAO to conduct the WSH RM Audit for you.
